Keto Breakfast Idea – Keto Cereal

It takes only half an hour to make 3 cups of keto cereal.

You need:

1 c. chopped almonds
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 large white egg
1/4 c. melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

How you’re going to make it:

In a large bowl, mix your walnuts, almonds, coconut flakes, flax seeds, chia seeds, and sesame seeds. And stir in the cinnamon, vanilla, salt and the cloves to it. Then preheat your oven to 350 degrees Celcius and grease a baking sheet onto it.

Take your egg, break it into two and stir it until it becomes a foam. Then add this into the granola. Coat the granola with coconut oil and mix them together. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and start eating
